Mr. Chu also worked on a high-level strategy proposal as part of a contract that Accenture won, which was worth $3.5 million.

Prior to attending UCLA Anderson, Mr. Miura worked at NTT DOCOMO, the largest wireless operator in Japan, as a manager of Smartphone Business department, conducting the feasibility study on introducing BlackBerry service into Japanese market. After the study, he successfully launched the service by customizing the functionality and setting up new dedicated customer support center. This project resulted in $100 million annual revenue increase. He also improved BlackBerry customer contact center function from 1,000 calls to 6,000 calls per month by setting up a new contact center within only 4 month.
