We are six MBA students at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. With a diverse cultural background and over 20 years of combined industry experience in banking, consulting, telecommunication and military, we are  leveraging our expertise to help a non-profit organization develop a strategy for entering the India market. Over the course of this project, we will be working closely with our client, researching the feasibility to expand their model which has already seen success in Mexico.

Our project is to determine whether it is feasible for our client to enter India.  We will be collecting data from orphanages, international organizations, and other secondary research to determine the following:
  1. What are the current orphanage aid models operating in India
  2. What regulations exist with Indian orphanages
  3. What types of service (i.e. education, health, or other services) would be useful
  4. What steps it would take to start providing that service
